The Gembrook Cockatoo Football Netball Club Inc is seeking applications in regards to the Under 18’s Coaching Position for the 2010 Season.
Skills Required:
· Leadership skills
· Effective communicator
· Ability to analyse,study,plan and assess the game as it develops
· Knowledge of football skills- technical and tactical
· Ability to deal with a wide range of players, officials and supporters
· Level 1 AFL Coach Accreditation. (Course can be undertaken)
Duties
· Organize training and match day events
· Instruct football skills and team tactics
· Plan and select the best team for match day
· Provide clear Instruction and feedback to team and individual players.
· Continually seek to upgrade skills and knowledge of the game
· Develop team morale.
