Pre Season Training Schedule for Pre Christmas.

Pre Season for the 2010 season is looming, here is a schedule for the pre Christmas period.

Wed Nov 18th – Olinda Oval

Sun Nov 22nd – Monbulk Oval. Fun run with money donated to MS foundation and Chris Hughson, ex Monbulk player diagnosed with Leukaemia. Start time 8:00 – 8:30am

Mon Nov 23rd – Olinda Oval

Wed Nov 25th – Olinda Oval

Mon Nov 30th – Olinda Oval

Wed Dec 2nd – 1,000 steps

Mon Dec 7th – Olinda Oval

Wed Dec 9th – Olinda Oval

Mon Dec 14th – Olinda Oval

Wed Dec 16th -  Olinda Oval

Sat Dec 20th – Olinda Oval 

Be at the ground for a 10AM start, we are running with Eltham footy club. Pride is at stake. BBQ to follow.

Runners are required to each session.

Training commences at 6:15pm unless listed.
