Jumper Information for Parents and Players
Players are issued a Green and Red Club jumper with a number attached, after registration is completed. The jumper is on loan only and must be returned after a player's last game of the season.
Sizing - will occur at training sessions and be completed before a player’s first game
Issue & Type – the Club issues a Green and Red Club jumper (acrylic wool or polyester) with a number attached
§ the jumper is issued on loan and remains the legal property of the Club
§ player and parents are responsible for issued jumper
§ the jumper is not to be lent or reissued to another person
Preferred numbers - Players can nominate preferred numbers but allocation will depend on availability, precedence and team allocation
Changing numbers - numbers are attached by the Club and must not be changed without permission of the Football Director.permanent (sublimated/fixed) numbers cannot be changed
Wear - jumpers are issued for wear during games and Club events and are not intended for wear at training, for everyday wear and for school games without prior permission of the Club .
Care - jumpers should be washed and properly maintained and handed back in good condition allowing for normal wear and tear
§ do not remove labels or identification markings or make unauthorised alterations
§ do not bleach or use strong detergents or soakers
§ follow washing instructions from label:
Return - jumper is on loan for season and must be returned after player’s last game
§ if player withdraws before the end of season the jumper must be returned immediately
Not returned - if jumper is not returned or is lost the Club may:
§ seek reimbursement of the current replacement cost of a jumper
§ consider future registration with the Club or oppose future registration with other clubs
§ take other appropriate action
Cost of jumpers – is mainly met from fundraising and sponsorship and is not currently factored into registration fees.
