Rell Smith Medal Winner
With the commencement of the Under 18 competition this year came the introductory of the Rell Smith Medal. The Medal was named after Narelle Smith Vice President & Life Member of SAWFL, whom has had many roles during her involvement in football including playing & coaching.
In July SAWFL held the very first Under 18 Rell Smith Medal Vote & Presentation at the West Adelaide Football Club. A small gathering with only four teams competing in this year’s inaugural U/18 Competition but a good number of PAWFC supporters had a fun evening with plenty of food on hand.
Our very own Jessica Walker – Smith won the award which added to the making of a great evening for all. Jessica was a very humble winner and thanked her fellow Players and Coaches.
