Congratulations to Jordy Whiteman who won the U19’s EFL Best and Fairest at the League Presentation Night last Friday also well done to both Al Calder and Matt Petracca on making the EFL Division 2 Team of the Year. Proposed Constitution Change Information Session
Monday 15 October, 2012 - 7pm at Kings Park. The Club will be holding an information session to explain the proposed changes to the constitution and answer any questions that members may have in relation to the proposal.
Special General Meeting
Wednesday 24 October, 2012 - 7pm at Kings Park. The Club requires a minimum of five members to attend the Special General Meeting to qualify as an authorised meeting of the Club. The resolution to be put to members for vote at this meeting is, ‘That the proposed changes to the Club constitution be agreed and adopted as of the Clubs Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 12 November 2012’. For this resolution to be passed, 50% of members present at the Special General Meeting must vote in favour of the resolution.
Upper Gully Football Club AGM
The 2012 AGM will be held at the clubrooms on Monday 12th November at 7pm. All positions on Senior Committee will become available for nomination at the AGM, If anyone would like to jump on board please give Andrew a call on 0419 876 686 or Robyn 0412 405 116 to discuss positions. Junior News
The Junior Club Registration Day will be held on Sunday 18th November between 11am and 1pm at Dobson Park. Congratulations to Patrick Hurley and Corey Wakefield who have made the Eastern Ranges U15 Squad for next season and also Matthew Lee and Mason Kirby who have made the Eastern Ranges Under 16’s Squad for next season.

History
This season has seen the club celebrate the 1962 and 2002 Reserves Premierships. Next year we look forward to the 1963 Senior Flag 50th Anniversary, Frank “Bags” Lowrie’s last game for the club. Also the Reserves Back to Back Flag of 2003 will be celebrated. Anyone wanting to help in organizing these days please contact Andy Lee.

King Club 2013
Thanks to all the members of the King Club for their support this season. The King Club is a support group for the Upper Ferntree Gully Football Club. For 2013 members of the King Club have access to the rooms during the senior game half time were they receive food and drinks complimentary during the break; There are raffles to raise further money with joker poker. You become a club member and have free entry into home games andd also recieve a king club polo. There is also a King Club social event during the year, which includes food and drink .
