Order Form for uniform (New players) - Shorts & socks order form for new players to the club from Under 8-18 teams. Please read the instructions, complete the form and return it to receive shorts and socks for new players. Please note the shorts and socks will not be given to individual players they will only be give to team managers to distribute to the players.
Order form for uniform - existing players Players are to approach their team managers who will arrange delivery of uniform. Players are to pay via Direct deposit (EFT).
