2013 Registration Requirements
In 2013, all players are to provide a new passport sized photograph.
Photo information:
- MUST be passport size
The following are accepted:
- Last years individual footy club photo
- Last years school photo
- Passport photo
Note: We will also accept high quality scanned images on a USB stick. Player must be present when submitting photographs in hard or digital form, for sighting/verification purposes.
NEW PLAYERS
New players must provide the following:
1. Original Birth Certificate or Passport
2. Passport sized photo
Parent/Guardian to complete National Registration form and Club form.
Note: Original documents will be returned once sighted and verified.
RETURNING PLAYERS
Option 1:
Register online, complete a club form, pay and submit a new photo at the grounds
or
Option 2:
Complete new National Registration form and Club form, player and parent sign 2013 registration book, pay and submit a new photo at the grounds.
TRANSFERS
2013 Transfers must attend in person to complete transfer form, National Registration form and a Club form. Provide a Passport sized photo.
All transfers incur an additional $5.00 administration fee.
* Payment Includes: Socks, Shorts, Dress Polo, Insurance, Ground Fees etc.
