Under 12 (Boys teams)
(Players turning 12 years old born in 2006)

Introduction 

In 2018 Holland Park Hawks will continue with a supervising development coach which was trailed in 2016 and 2017. A volunteer game leader/coach is required. The volunteer parent will take the team game days and training sessions and work with Skills Development Coach. Coaches will be rostered throughout the year for their training with Skills Development Coach. The purpose is to develop “better” coaches who will develop “better” players. Each team will also need to appoint a Volunteer Team Manager.

Training

Thursdays from 6pm-7.15pm commencing on Thursday 8th March 2018 at Whites Hill College.

Each team will be supplied with training kit consisting of balls, bibs and cones. Other equipment will be available on the day like hurdles, ladders poles and goals.

The season starts running from March to September and breaking for school holidays.

Games

Teams consist of a maximum 12 players with 9 players on the field at any one time. Games are 2 x 25 minute halves. In 2018 HPHFC will be capping the number of teams to 4.

Games will be home and away on Saturday. Time of the kick off TBA.

Muster Saturday 3rd of March 1.30pm at Whites Hill Reserve

Muster is a get together where parents find out team placement and meet fellow players. A volunteer coach and manager are appointed. Teams will not be permitted to start training until those positions are filled.

Fees

Fees for 2018 are $500.00+ $50.00 Volunteer Levy. Rego Fees for the season covering the following.

  • Football Australia Fees
  • Football Queensland Fees
  • Football Brisbane Fees
  • Team photo
  • Trophy
  • All insurance coverage,
  • Contribution to operating costs
  • Coaching costs
  • Match fees
  • One club day wristband (Presentation Day)

HOLLAND PARK DOES NOT CHARGE MATCH FEES ON TOP OF REGISTRATION.

Registrations open January 8th 2018.

Volunteer Levy

The levy is introduced to encourage more involvement by members in the day-to-day running and activities required for the continued success of our club. Since registration and fees are managed through the MyFootballClub web site unfortunately, every player will have this levy built into their registration fee paid online. The levy of $50 is payable once per family and fully refunded to those families who have other siblings playing in the club  or for families who only have one player at the club and wish to volunteer. List of volunteer jobs will be posted on the website and in additional questions in registration process. If you choose to volunteer or have other siblings playing at the club the levy will be rebated automatically during the registration process.

Sibling discount of $30 to be deducted of the registration for second and every other child as well as Volunteer Levy of $50.
