The draw for Round 8 of the Canterbury-Bankstown Junior Rugby League (CBDJRL) and the Sydney Combined Competition (SCC) to be played on the weekend of 25/26 May has been revised with all matches going ahead, but venue and even district changes have been done.

The NSWRL Academy are looking for Volunteers and First Aid Officers to assist with the running of the All Schools Carnival to be played over three days - Monday 29th June 2013 to Wednesday 31st June 2013.

The NRL Leaguesafe Course will now be delivered via online learning and no longer delivered face to face.

A new Working With Children Check will start in NSW in 2013. The Commission for Children and Young People, supported by Bankstown City Council, are running a series of free one hour information sessions to inform you of the changes.

From 7 January 2013, smoking is banned in spectator areas at public sports grounds and other recreational areas in NSW. However, smoking will only be banned when an organised sporting event is being held.

Please note the referees have agreed to the request that the Ground Official when instructed by the referee can go onto the field and the referee will state if the player has been replaced for the rest of the game or for a period of the game.
