Penrith Rams held its annual AGM at the Red Cow on Sunday.
The board sees a new member, Adam West, take on the Planning & Development portfolio whilst the remaining four members will continue in their same positions.
Kevin Tate was returned unopposed as Chairman, Michael Haynes heads Admininstation & Finance, David Nolan continues in the role of Director of Youth Football and Greg Corless is the Senior Football Operations Manager.
The board and members gave a heartwarming round of thanks to retiring board member, Geoff Payne, who also coached the first grade side to victory this year. Geoff remains on the general committee and is excited with the head coaching/development role with the Under 18's programme.
His replacement, Adam West, a director at Penrith law firm, Cox West Lawyers and a current player who is very passionate about the club and it's future, takes the Planning & Development role.
The new Board meets this week where they will nominate a new working committee in what is expected to be another successful season in 2012
