Lightning v Uni Rebels
The Lightning got back into the win column with a hard fought 94-87 win over the Uni Rebels. The game was close and up in the air until the last quarter when the Lightning outscored the Rebels 28-19 to run home winners. The Rebels led 68-66 going into the last quarter. Cameron Bailey hit a 3 pointer with 5:52 remaining in the game to give the Lightning a 78-77 lead and they were never headed after that. Chris Charman, Steven Ting and Craig Martin insured the win with some solid offense in the closing minutes. Martin finished with 28 for the Lightning, Alex Kisselev 19, Bailey 14 and Charman 12. Rich Brown from the Rebel camp led all scorers with 34, Jake Kirby hit a season high 27 and Chad Bewley had 16.
