Uni Rebels v Palmerston Power
The Power picked up win number two in as many days as they bumped off the Uni Rebels 101-87. Jesse Bell, Fisto Bizima & Shaquille Hohipa-Wilson combined for 80 points as the Power took over fourth place on the ladder. The Power got a good start to the game, opening up with an 8-0 run in the first two minutes before the Rebels woke up. By the end of the quarter it was 28-20 Power's way and by halftime the score had filled out to 58-45. Getting behind Chad Bewley who hit 11 of his 29 points in the quarter the Rebels pulled a few points back to trail by only 8 heading into the last quarter. The Power ran off 8 points to 2 at the start of the quarter and managed to hold a 10pt buffer for most ot the quarter to cruise home. Bell finished with 36, Bizima 20 and Hohipa-Wilson 14 while Bewley for the Rebels hit 29, Mitchel Garton 14, Jake Kirby 12 and Tyrone Bain 11.
