Uni Rebels v Razzle
The Razzle continue to loose despite putting up huge numbers against their opposition. This time they dropped the game to the Uni Rebels who had to rally to win. The Rebels did win 106-99, but they had to stage a come-from-behind act to do it. There was never much more than 11 points between the sides and the Razzle were holding a 95-90 lead with just over four minutes to play after consecutive treys from Daniel Calcatera & Jeremy Baden. The teams then traded baskets before the Rebels hit a purple patch with 2:37 remaining. The Rebels scored nine unanswered points to lead 103-99 with 23 seconds left after a three-pointer from Jake Kirby (15.9ppg) and that ended any chance the Razzle had of getting their first win of the season. Rebel Jerrell Sanders (26.9ppg) led all scorers with a game high 41, Chad Bewley (25.9ppg) hit 32, Kirby 18 (6 treys) and Kurt Faux 10. Reed Ridder 930.6ppg) led from the front for the Razzle with 36, Brendan Dell had 22 and Nathan Radonich 16.
