Scorpions Terms and Conditions

1. To sign up for our club you will need to have been in consultation with the club and approved to play for the club. This will mean one of the boys or girls coordinators or the President.

2. After paying for a season we can not refund money to players or families.

3. All coaches and team managers over the age of 18 need to enter in their WWCC information during their sign up process

4. If you are a parent of a player playing for our club you will be required to assist in scoring and sweeping of courts as well as being present at training sessions if needed.

5. You cannot play for our club if you are currently under suspension or have not had a transfer confirmed. Or are a new player that has not yet been confirmed to be playing in a team.

6. Discounts for multiple players or otherwise need to be confirmed by the club. You cannot pass on discount codes given to you to other people yourself.

7. If you receive a Tech foul or a combination of fouls which eject you from a stadium or reported in a game of basketball you will need to inform the club with an explanation of the situation to the club email address. If you receive three Tech fouls in a season then there is also an automatic 1 week ban from coaching or playing.
