Summary: In a close contest for most the game Therry ran out eventual

little separating the sides at half time. In the third quarter Ivanhoe
skipped out to a lead of over 20 points, but three late goals kept Therry
back in the match. Six goals to 1 in the last quarter saw a victory by 23
points. Best for Therry was Mark Faroldi, well supported by Corey Bannister

We took to the field with Dana Dolan,
Dan Green and Michael Feudololoff making their debut for Therry and
Steve O'Halloran returning after many years on the sidelines, along with
George Iaquinto returning after a horrible run of broken bones. We were
reasonably competitive until 3/4 time and only being 3 goals down though
we were a chance in the last quarter, however it was not to be and we were
run over by the better side on the day . The best for Therry were young
Ben Budiono who is emerging as a player to watch with his leap and second
efforts and Josh "The shadow Master" Powell blanketing the forwards.
Daniel O'Donnell with 2 games under his belt since returning from
a knee injury will be pressing for promotion to the reserves along with
Ben Budiono and another new player in Vuong Nguyen whose silk skills and
never say die attitude are a real show stopper. Matt Warren was also in
the best controlling the centre despite being crook and first gamer Dana
Dolan providing great run from the backline and showed the benefits of
direct play.
