To all members:

With the introduction of upfront fees, combining both registration and games fees, we have developed a policy whereby members can receive a refund for part or all of their paid fees.

INJURY POLICY

1. PLAYERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF:

• A season ending injury occurs prior to the season commencement. A full refund of registration fees paid will be compensated.
• An injury occurs during the season and the player will be out for five (5) or more consecutive games.  Pro-rata game fees* only will be paid to the total number of games missed.
• For these refunds to be paid the injury must be reported to the club as early as possible, a doctor’s certificate must be provided and the request must be in writing to the club.

2. PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF:

• An injury occurs during a season and the player will be out for less than five (5) consecutive games.
• If a doctors certificate or medical evidence is not provided to the club.

GENERAL POLICY

3. If a player leaves the club for any reason other than injury/medical before the commencement of the season a refund of paid fees less a $90 team administration fee will be compensated.

PLEASE NOTE

*game fees are determined by the Committee prior to the season dependant on number of games to be played.

All refund requests must be made in writing to the committee
