GREETING TO ALL OUR SPONSORS FOR ROUND 15.
Tonight we have Zac Turner and Danny and Charlie Moorhouse perfoming live on stage – sure to be a great night. Make sure you stick around after awards, enjoy a drink with the Orbost Snowy boys, stay for awards and cheer on the performers later on tonight!
Don't forget, now is the time to get your Seafood Night ticket ahead of the August 23 event.
We find ourselves in a similar position as we have the past three weeks – we must bounce back.
Today we meet an Orbost Snowy Rovers side that is keen for its first win and closer to it than it has been all season, so our senior boys must be ready for the challenge if they are any chance of playing finals in a month's time.
We welcome Doc and the Blues and hope for four close footy games and five even closer games in the netball.
Last week was again disappointing, beaten by an improving Lucknow by 17 points, but Woody continued to blood youth – Jesse Guarnaccia, Sam Richo and Frec Bennett – which is a positive for the club.
Critto, Carl Hooper, Matthews, Mick, Davey and Peggy were our better players.
The twos continued their solid season with another win, but dropped to third spot simply on percentage.
Sell was again best, along with Big Mick, young Roo, Wombat and Svetta. It was also good to see big Gezza turn up for a game!
The third were competitive for three quarters, however ran out of legs in the last - well done to Kurtis Geier and Josh Brown on more great games.
Our under 16 boys again won easily, but must be switched on today to beat second-placed Orbost Snowy, who beat us up there last time.
Tom Jinette and Sam Gillard were our best.
The Tambo Waste "A" grade netballers caused a huge upset, beating last year's grand finalist by 15 goals. Sam Beha, Jacquie James and Jess Stevens were solid.
The Betta Home Living "B" graders won by eight goals and continued their hold on top spot. Well done to veterans Deanne, Billsy and Meaghan.
Barling Family "C" grade won by one goal, with Paiton Bassett and Jamieson Chester best.
Rivex "C" Reserve lost by eight goals, but it was a great effort against the top team.
The Greg Dear Accounting "C" grade girls won by 10 goals.

The word of the coach.
Talk about a broken record. The team battled hard but were just not good enough at the end of the match. I came away from the game with the feeling that we should have won but just a few dumb mistakes and a lack of intensity in some of the contests were the main reasons.
Our best for the day were Peggy, Davey Anketell and Jarrod M in a pretty ordinary performance.
So we move to round 15, Orbost at home. They always grow an extra leg playing us so we must be switched on.
Its groundhog day again. Injuries and unavailability means 6 Changes.
Waters, Woody, Bennett, Forrister, Callaway and Guanaccia all out.
In comes Dear, McDonald, Svetlic, Lemaitre, Lancaster and Kaleb Day (U18) for his first senior game.
This is a must win if we want to go anywhere this year.
GO SEAGULLS.
