Our senior players continue to train hard and play well in both practice matches to date. On the weekend we played good football in all three divisions with convincing wins over Geelong Amateurs.
The playing list is fit and strong and playing a new brand of exciting football. The existing players have continued to show improvement in fitness, skill and game play, and our recruits have made a really positive impact on the club and playing group.
We play St.Pauls Football Club this Sunday at our home ground, with U/18’s starting at 10am, reserves at 12pm, and seniors at 2pm. If you can come along and support our teams that would be fantastic.
On the injury front we only have a couple of players not training and playing, and we are obviously working hard to keep all our players on the track. This is vital for success this year that our players remain in peak fitness, and injury free. Our facilities and ground continue to be the benchmark of the competition, and it is an advantage to be able to work on our skills in such conditions. Look forward to seeing you this weekend.
Go Towners
Cheers Sutters
