The Wauchope Soccer Club will be holding its 2016 Gala Day on Sunday 22nd May 2016 at Fairmont Gardens Playing Fields. Age Groups – Under 6’s – Under 11’s (Maximum 8 teams per age group)

Every Child will receive a token for participation and there will be winners / runner up’s for each age group.

The Wauchope Soccer Club invites nominations of teams in the above age groups to participate in our 2016 Gala day. Nominations will close on Monday 16

th May 2016. Nominations are to be made by the Club secretary and accompanied by the non-refundable nomination fee of $60 per team entered (contact Rebecca for payment options). As draws need to be finalised and distributed, late nominations will not be accepted after the closing date. Early nomination is recommended and appreciated.

The draws will be forwarded to the Club Secretary once completed. The rules will follow those of FFA’s small sided football and are available in the Event Calendar on the club’s website, www.wauchopesoccerclub.sportingpulse.net. All players must be registered with the nominating Club to be eligible to play in the age group for which they are nominated.

First games commence from 9am. Teams are asked to be at the fields at least 45 minutes before their first game and must register their arrival at the registration tent/control area, which will be clearly marked on the day.
