CONGRATULATIONS TO PAST ROWVILLE ROCKETS PLAYERS KAYNE EWIN & CALVIN ENGE on their recent win with theDANDENONG RANGERSin the BVDL Mens Championships |
Past Rowville Rockets players Kayne Ewin & Calvin Enge are part of the victorious RANGERS BVDL Mens team that took out the championship last weekend. Kayne & Calvin played their junior basketball with Rowville Rockets.
Kayne started playing for Rockets in U10's and played right through to U20's, over 20 seasons without a break. He also coached a team for 3 and a half years taking them from U10's through to U14's.
Calvin started playing for Rockets in U11's and also played through to U20's.
Another member of the victorious team that played a season with Rockets is Dieuson Biyendolo.
In a well fought out game DANDENONG RANGERS defeated SANDRINGHAM SABRES 61-55. Calvin top scored for Rangers with 17 points and Kayne was the third highest points scorer with 10 points. Kayne took 8 rebounds and Calvin 6.
