This week it was 1 win and 2 loses, not what we were looking for, especially with the 1995 A3 Premiership Reunion - which was a great day enjoyed by all who could make it.
In a low scoring, close tussle our Reserves couldn't get over the line. We had our chances in the last quarter but Brahma Lodge were too good on the day.
With the A's, as the cliche goes ' bad kicking is bad football' and with 27 scoring shots to 23 we had plenty of chances. After losing two players to injury before half time, and then being 7 goals down a three quarter time, it was pleasing to see a spirited fight back in the last quarter but we couldn't close the gap.
In the Under 18's on Sunday the team put together the best four quarter effort for the season with solid contributions from all players. Back to back wins have us sitting 3 & 2 and in fourth spot.
