Registrations are now open for the Winter 2014 season – Due by SATURDAY 18TH JANUARY 2014

Please make sure that you complete all of the required questions (pressing “Tab” or clicking mouse will take you to each question) and click on the “SUBMIT”.
Please note a Registration Form needs to be submitted for each player – submit one player at a time.
If you are new to the Club, Churinga Saints Netball Club plays in the Lilydale and Yarra Valley Netball Association (LYVNA).
Each age group in LYVNA is run in graded sections - from Section 1 (top level) to Section 5. It is very clear that players who are placed in a Section which matches their (developing) level of ability generally enjoy success and have a lot of fun with their netball.
In order for the Club to be able to compete successfully at these graded levels, it is vital that each year we select teams based on ability. As players move up an age group each year new possibilities for different teams emerge.
In registering your child to play netball with Churinga Saints, please ensure that they are aware of the grading process and the Club's efforts to place players in the most appropriate teams.
Please note U9 teams are not graded.
Grading Day: Saturday 1st February, 2014 - Aquinas College Gymnasium.
FEES & PAYMENT:
FEES: $165 first & second player (includes non-refundable ANA Insurance, $10 LYVNA building fund levy and $10 training venue fee)
ADD: $155 for third, fourth player etc.
PAYMENT: DIRECT CREDIT
