Pre season training starts on Mon 23 Nov at Aquinas. There will be 8 sessions held prior to the Xmas break. Be at the club for a 6.15pm start and bring last pre seasons singlet if you have one.
Dates: 23,25,30 Nov & 2,7,9,14,16 Dec
