On the same day that our reserves unfortunately went down in the Second Semi Final to La Trobe, the North Brunswick footy club was buoyed by the fantastic news of two new arrivals within about half an hour of each other.
Nat Myers, and partner Jasmine had their baby arrive on Sunday the 6th of August - which was father's day - named Hugo Austin Myers Lyons. Hugo is their first child and makes another North Brunny player - Hamish Myers, an uncle.
And on the same day, Simon Adair's wife, Sarah, gave birth to their first child - Liam John Adair.
Both families are doing well and the footy club wishes them a big congratulations and all the very best in this exciting time.
