2013 REGISTRATION FORM
Each year players need to re sign a registration form and submit it to the club.Players who have not played before need to sign a registration form and submit it to the club.Players who have played AFL IN QUEENSLAND before need to sign a registraion form with their old clubs name, league and whether or not they are a suspended player.Players that have played AFL outside of Queensland need to sign a registration form AND an interstate transfer form with their old clubs name, league and whether or not they are a suspended player.If you wish to scan and email to the club your forms but, we will need to sign it as identifying that information is true. The only way a transfer can occur after the 30th June is the player is transferred with the military or as a school teacher.
