Narangba AFC Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

 

All members are invited to the Narangba Australian Football Inc Annual General Meeting which is to be held on Wednesday 14 October 2009 at 7pm - Narangba Valley Tavern.

 

At the AGM all Executive and Committee Positions will be vacated and it is an opportunity for members to nominate for one of the following positions and become more involved in their club for the 2010 season:

 

Executive Positions

  • President
  • Vice- President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

Committee Positions

  • Junior Vice-President
  • Registrar
  • Media Relations
  • Auskick Co-ordinator
  • Umpire Co-ordinator
  • Coaching Co-ordinator/s
  • Canteen Convenor/s
  • Sponsorship Committee
  • Fundraising Committee
  • Web Editor

Nominations are to be received in writing to secretary@narangbacrows.org.au by 12noon Wednesday 14 October 2009. If a nomination for a position is received in writing no nomination/s can be accepted from the floor at the AGM however if no nomination/s are received in writing for a position then nominations can be accepted from the floor. If there is more than one nomination for any positions then a vote will be conducted of the members attending the AGM.

Following the AGM will be the October Monthly meeting.

 

If you are attending the AGM please RSVP so we can ensure we have adequate seating numbers.
