Both the Under 12
and Under 14 teams had victories on the weekend which saw them progress
straight into their respective Grand Finals in two weeks’ time. The Under
12’s who were minor premiers defeated Yeronga on Saturday, while on Sunday the
Under 14’s defeated
The Under 14’s is the only team to defeat
weeks. Both teams have next week off as they wait to see who they
play. Well done to all players and their support staff!
The Under 12 Grand
Final is on Saturday the 12th @ 11.00am at Zillmere while the Under
14’s is on Sunday at 12.45pm also at Zillmere. So please show your
support and try and make it to the games as our boys strive to win! I
know they will appreciate your support!
Congratulations
also go to Patrick Crosling (Under 14’s Div 2) and Lachlan White (Under 12’s
Div 4) who have been voted by the umpires in the top four in their respective
division for the Best and Fairest Awards. Both have been invited to
the Gala Awards night on Thursday evening. On behalf of the Club we
congratulate them on their efforts throughout the year and we wish them all the
best for Thursday night.
