·         Training at Western Park 6.00pm: Wed 11/11, Fri 13/11, Mon 16/11, Wed 18/11, Mon 23/11, Wed 25/11, Mon 30/11, Wed 3/12, Mon 7/12, Wed 9/12.

·         Christmas Break Up: “The Tan” Time Trial: Melbourne Botanical Gardens (meet at bottom of Anderson St hill). Sunday 13/12/09 at 9.00am. A BBQ and drinks will follow training.
