Lara has announced the club's signing of former Williamstown and Spotswood player, David Sablitch. David, 22 years of age, is a dual Premiership player with Spotswood and has twice been selected in the Western Region Football League Team of the Year.  The club expects David's versatility and leadership will add another dimension to a promising young list. 

The 2009 Presentation Night went off without a hitch on Saturday 10 October. The venue looked a treat and proceedings ran smoothly thanks to the many volunteers who helped out before, during and after the event.  The full list of winners on the night is as follows:
