GRAND Finals Sunday 29 Aug. @ Karingal
The Grand Finals were played today and we must congratulate all 3 teams that made the grand final. The U11 Blacks, 14 Yellows and our U16 Blacks.
Whilst our 11's and 16's didn't take out the big one, they should be very satisfied with their season overall. Well done to Dennis Lonies U14 Yellows who ran out winners by 13 points in a very tight contest.

Congratulations to Jacob Hughes & Damien Lawrence tying for first for the U16 Yellows and Brendon Doyle winning for the U16 Blacks.

Vale - Bill Bruce (23.09.1954 - 13.03.2010)
It is with deep regret that we note the passing of Mr Bill Bruce. Life Member (past V.P., BarMgr, Coach) and truly committed to developing junior sport. Please see News Item.

QUALITY CLUB ACCREDITATION
AFL Victoria Quality Club accreditation ensures standards of Club Administration, at bronze, silver and gold levels. SJFC was the first club to attain GOLD accreditation, in 2006, and remained the only GOLD level club until 2008.
AFL Victoria COMMUNITY CLUB OF THE YEAR 2006.
As a result of the club approach to junior sport, and the programs in place to develop a full community approach, the club was awarded the AFL Victoria-Community Club of the Year in 2006. A great achievement for the club, as one of Victorias 1500 community football clubs.
RECOGNITION Seaford Junior Football Club has also received recognition as :
