Congratulations  on another great season to all players who have finished for 2009.

We hope you have enjoyed the season, learnt a few more things about Aussie Rules footy, made more friends (or strenghtened your frienships) and learnt a bit more on how teams work.

We thank you for choosing to participate in our great game and look forward to seeing you all on Presentation Day.

Thanks very much also to ALL our volunteers. From the 'one-off' goal umpire to our tireless canteen controllers, and everyone in between. Your support for our children is greatly appreciated.

ANNUAL BALL - A great was had by all on Fri. 19 June - thanks so much to all who attended.

WWC Certification.

All volunteers require WWC certification by 30 June.

All team managers to ensure all of their teams officials are accredited by June 30 as per our constitution.

QUALITY CLUB ACCREDITATION

AFL Victoria Quality Club accreditation ensures standards of Club Administration, at bronze, silver and gold levels.

SJFC was the first club to attain GOLD accreditation, in 2006, and remained the only GOLD level club until 2008.

AFL Victoria COMMUNITY CLUB OF THE YEAR 2006.

As a result of the club approach to junior sport, and the programs in place to develop a full community approach, the club was awarded the AFL Victoria-Community Club of the Year in 2006. A great achievement for the club, as one of Victorias 1500 community football clubs.

ADF Goodsports (Victoria) - Club of the Year Runner-up 2007
