The club has received a big Thankyou from the Cancer Council for raising $2,000- in this years Call to Arms for Cancer Research Day.
So congratulations to everyone who was involved, what a great result.
Special thanks to the Junior Section of the club and our Past Players who really got behind this event and made the result possible.
It is far beyond what we have achieved in the past and gives a real benchmark for the future.
The club would like to thank everyone really who was involved and especially to everyone who donated to this worthy cause either on the day or over the web at the Call to Arms website.
Cancer is something that probably has touched everyone of us in some form, family, friends etc and needs all the support we can give them to ensure in the future we make life that much more bearable with this disease.
