R15 Scoresby
After 8 weeks a great wins we finally found out that unless all our players stick to the Coaches “game plan” and unless all of our so called “best” players perform, we are not quite good enough against other top sides. Disappointing, but at the same time not unfixable. We are still very much in the race in third spot and we just need to get back on the horse this week against Knox.
Despite enormous attention, the Captain Ryan Mullett was fantastic in his endeavour to run and try and make things happen. Well done Mulls
The Reserves were sensational again highlighted by Adrian Gileno’s 12 goals, his third dozen and he is very much putting his hand up for senior inclusion. The Thirds were gallant, but not quite good enough on the day.
Best Vermont efforts for the weekend came from our Juniors with Craig Coghlan’s Under 17’s winning a place in the Prelim Final next Sunday at Vermont and the U15 A’s , Under 13B’s and Under 12B’s all into Grand Finals Sunday week. Well done Juniors !!!
