Notice is given to all members of Gisborne Soccer Club that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 6:30pm on Friday 3rdOctober 2014 at The Clubrooms, Dixon Field, Robertson Rd, Gisborne.
The general nature of the business of the meeting will be as follows:
1. Election of Directors
(a) President
(b) Secretary
(c) Treasurer
(d) Vice President
(e) Assistant Secretary
2. Appointment of Office Bearers Including, but not limited to:
Registrar
Canteen Manager
Fundraising Officer
Publicity Officer
For those who are interested in nominating for a committee position please send your nomination in writing to either the Secretary or Assistant Secretary. Nominations close September 27.
