Items for Club Auction Wanted
- Phil Jones and Rick Doblanovic are seeking assistance from club parents in building up the stock of items to be auctioned on Friday 1 June.
- Does your business/organisation wish to provide items for the club to auction? In return your organisation will be acknowledged on the club’s website for the remainder of the season.
- Please liaise with Phil philj@opc.net.au if you are able to assist.
- This may be an opportunity for those parents that cannot commit to other club roles due to other conflicting pressures.
- Items that the club is looking for:
- Sports apparel
- Gardening/home maker gear
- And … ?
New Club Goalie Tops
- It is anticipated that the club will be able to announce and present the official replacement of the club goalie tops. A sponsor has come forward to assist the club with bringing this initiative to reality. Due to the cost involved, the club was intending to replace the very worn goalie tops in 2013 or 2014.
- Phil Jones and Rick Doblanovic have been working on the replacement of gaolie tops for a number of weeks as part of their club sponsorship program.
- More news shortly!

Wet Weather – What to Wear at Training.
Parents are reminded to ensure that players attend training, on time and with the correct clothing. Best to have in the equipment bag some of the following: beanie, long sleeve t-shirt/skins, spray jacket. A warm player is one that can focus upon training drills. Please do not wear a hoodie when training as peripheral vision is somewhat reduced.
Pack a towel and plastic bags for the muddy boots (unless your precious soccer player intends to the vac the car out!).
Canteen Round 6 - Sunday 20 May
Help is required this Sunday. Please note session times for various age groups. Canteen income minimises the annual registration fees and offsets referee costs for all home games.
