Dear all Flames Members,
The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at 6pm on Monday 24th March 2014 , at The Werribee Sports & Fitness Centre, Werribee.
All Executive committee positions will be open for nomination: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Registrar.
All interested volunteers are encouraged to attend. Assistance is required in areas such as uniform co-ordinator, website/IT, grant applications etc.
The invitation is attached to forward on to your team members. We would appreciate a representative from each team in attendance if possible.
Please RSVP to the club if you will be attending.
All RSVP's, nomination forms need to be returned to the secretary by Friday 21st March 2014.
