Swinburne Football Club is an amateur association football club which represents Swinburne University in Football Federation Victoria’s State League Five East competition. Our Women’s team plays in Football Federation Victoria’s State League Three East competition. We also field a Thirds team that plays on Sundays in the Metropolitan league. 2016 also marked the beginning of our Miniroos program for boys & girls aged between 4-9.

Originally founded in 1978, the current structure of the Club was formed in 2003 and consists of two men’s team (seniors and reserves), a women’s team and a men’s ‘thirds’ team. The Club is based at Howard Dawson Reserve in Glen Iris where training sessions and home matches are held.

Swinburne Football Club is open to anyone, not just University students, and aims to provide a competitive, but social environment. There are various social activities held throughout the year as well as an end-of-season presentation night.
