Recently we received grants from the Hurstbridge Community Bendigo Bank & Nillumbik Council, for part payment of a club defibrillator: Heart Sine Samaritan 500, worth nearly $3000. This state of the art life saving device, automatically provides the user with prompts regarding “shock” & CPR necessity, intensity and frequency.

We have $800 to raise and are asking for your support to do this.

Towards the end of the season, your family will receive a box containing popular snack foods including: Cadbury chocolate bars & novelty characters, Europe food bars (Summer Rolls & Honey Nougat Log) valued at between $30 & $50. These will be useful for lunch box treats and easy to sell at your office, or to family and friends.

We strongly encourage you to take part in this very worthwhile fundraising event.

If you are unable to take part in this initiative, please fill out the slip attached, print, detach and return to your coach or bring to Registration Day on Saturday 25, May, 2013 (11am-3pm) at the stadium.

As last year this evening will be held in the Function Room at Bridges Restaurant Hurstbridge, on Sunday 30 June 2013, 7pm. Nominations for the awards will be sought from coaches in May.
So players play hard, play fair, play as a team and impress your coaches with determination, hard work and team spirit.

SPORTING SCHOLARSHIP WINTER 2013

This season the Club is pleased to announce the introduction of their
Every player under the age of 17yrs will have the opportunity to be nominated for the scholarship, in conjunction with Coaches Choice Awards. ALL NOMINIES of these awards will be eligible for the scholarship. One female and two Male recipients will receive their following season’s registration for free.

With the new prepaid procedure in place for Junior Domestic game fees,
the walkover fee system has been adjusted.

If the walkover is notified (more than 24 hrs before the game), the game will be included in the game totals on the monthly invoice.

If the walkover is un-notified (within 24 hrs of the game), the fine of
an additional game fee will be added to the monthly invoice.

The additional game fee will be required to be reimbursed by the individuals of the team that did not withdraw/cancel in time.
