With the new prepaid procedure in place for Junior Domestic game fees,
the walkover fee system has been adjusted.

If the walkover is notified (more than 24 hrs before the game), the game will be included in the game totals on the monthly invoice.

If the walkover is un-notified (within 24 hrs of the game), the fine of
an additional game fee will be added to the monthly invoice.

The additional game fee will be required to be reimbursed by the individuals of the team that did not withdraw/cancel in time.more
