After a final training session tonight, it was time to say "Goodbye" to an A Grade member of the Scots family. LUKE WOOD returns to England tomorrow after several months in Australia. The boys were able to celebrate his final game on Sunday with a rousing rendition of the club song, and the presentation of his #23 playing jersey. Safe travels Luke, and we hope to see you back at Scots soon.

From the first round of Development Games v Roosters at Henson Park - Tuesday 14th May:
UNDER 13's - DYLAN CHRISTIE scored the first try for St George in their narrow loss to the Roosters.

As you can see, it was a very foggy start to Mothers Day at the park. Thank you to everyone who helped out at Cahill Park over the Mothers Day weekend. 14 games on Saturday and 4 games on Sunday meant a very busy couple of days. It was great to see so many people willing to give a hand on the BBQ, in the Canteen, on Gate Duty, Set Up and Clean Up and other general ground duties.

Meet JAKE LIDDY, a Minto local. Jake was at Sundays A Grade game at Minto in a family members old Scots jersey dating back to the 90's. Sponsored by Glenmore Meats, the team won several comps in the early to mid 90's and at one stage had 8 players in the Matthews Cup. Wes Naiqama was also part of this team.

Any players, officials and parents who have filled in membership forms for the Arncliffe Scots Sports & Social Club, all memberships have been accepted and you are asked to go to the club during trading hours to collect your membership cards. If the downstairs reception is not open, ask at the bar upstairs and they will do it for you.
