Ian Clyde Baker to coach the seadogs in 2010 Ian Baker has accepted an offer to coach the Harman Seadogs in 2010. Ian is an experienced campaigner previously with both the Queanbeyan Blues and Roos. Ian will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the new look Seadogs. We welcome Ian to the family and can't wait to get tortured in pre season which starts this tuesday the 2nd at HMAS HARMAN at 6:00pm. more -->

Official Pre Season Training Starts 2 February 2010 The official preseason training will commence Tuesday 2 Feb and Thursday 4 Feb and then every Tues and Thurs from then on. Training will commence at 6:00pm at Sir Victor Smith Oval, HMAS HARMAN.

Loving the preseason fitness The seadogs have now had two preseason sessions and the turnup has been pretty good this early in the season. With beep tests completed and boxing workouts combined with hill climbs and three minute drills, the boys are getting a jump start on the competition.

This Wednesday will see another session which hopefully will involve some pool work in the harsh november weather. more -->

HRLFC Committee Meeting - Fri 23 Oct 09 The HRLFC will be conducting its major committee meeting on Friday 23 October at 6:00pm at Hotel Queanbeyan. The committee meeting will be to confirm and appoint all committee positions, coaching roles and ancillary staff for season 2010. All representatives are welcome to attend. The meeting is slated for 6:30pm for a meal prior to commencement at 7:00pm in the back dining room. more -->

Seadogs Trip Away - Bondi 2009 The Seadogs celebrated their season with an awesome long weekend in sydney which included surfing lessons, randwick races and the NRL grand final.
