Another Clean sweep for the Roos All 3 sides took home victory on the weekend for the second week running. The thirds secured finals with a win over Bribie, the reserves have put their mid season slump behind them and moved into third spot(Season to date: 5 wins, then 5 losses, then 4 wins) while the Seniors moved to outright 2nd with a win over Sandgate. Last weeks Match Report It was a good day at Neil Upton Oval on Saturday with all three grades sweeping aside their opposition. The reserves kick started the day with a comfortable win against Cooloogatta while the Seniors did it a little tougher but still came away 5 goal winners. ROOS COME BACK DOWN TO EARTH It wasn't a great day at the office for the Roos, coming back down to earth with a thud as they recorded their first loss for the season at the hands of Burleigh. It was better news for the Reserves, continuing their unbeaten run with a 7 goal victory. more -->

Player Profile - Steve Morris With a leap that could easily clear Millsy's head, Steve made up one half of the potent Reserves ruck division last year. O former basketballer, he's proved he can cut it in the AFL stakes and should get even better this season. more -->
Cricket Showdown Cancelled Unfortunatley, the much anticipated cricket showdown with the Super Rules boys was cancelled on Sunday due to the rain. But word on the street is that the wet weather seizes up their old joints so they called it off. I suppose age catches up with everyone eventualy. A rescheduled match will be announced soon. Player Profile - Insaneo Tyson Well, it's actually Kane Tyson but he keeps referring to himself as Insaneo (as in Insane) so we thought we'd jump on the wagon. Still a teenager, Kane posseses a ton of natural talent, which if he can couple with a strong work ethic, has the potential to see him one of the better players in the competition. more -->

Player Profile - Luke Rabone A giant of a man, Luke played his first year of AFL last season following a strong soccer background. His natural talent for sport was apparent and even managed a few senior games in a very impressive first season. more -->
Player Profile - Ben Burns If you met him at work, decked out with a neck tie and glasses, you'd probably laugh if someone told you he was one of our best players last season. But the half back banker from Bendigo via Rockhamption certainly knows his way around a footy field. more -->
Player Profile - Zane Johnstone Probably the only Dogs supporter around the club, Zane's a pretty handy forward with a great boot off bolth legs. He's been around the club for a few seasons and has done a lot of hard work in the off season to get himself fit for 2010. more -->
Get well soon D-Mac & Beck The Maroochy Northshore Roos will like to wish David McIntyre and girlfriend, Beck Fernie, a speedy recovery after they were involved in a serious car accident last Sunday.
D-Mac, as he is better known, spent the past couple of years travelling but returned to the Coast with Beck earlier this year. The pair are currently recovering in seperate hospitals and now face a lengthy recovery. more -->
Player Profile - Owen Bailey Owen - one of many South Australian's we have around the club - has been an integral part of the Roos midefield for many years. As a footballer he has improved each year, and seems to have taken it to another level since becoming a personal trainer. Unfortunately his golden locks are not faring so well. more -->
