Congrats to the fantastic team work that brought home the Under 9s Lightning Premiership. Played against a gallant Caulfield Bears, the Young Doggies held firm in the Grand Final to bring home a great win. Congrats to all the Boys and Lauren.

Telstra Foundation Grant for Junior Sports Equipment
Thanks to the Telstra Foundation for the Telstra Kids Fund Grant of $1,200 for junior sports equipment items: one ruck (tackling) bag, five large hit shields, eight Sherrin training footballs, general training equipment and bibs for competitive fitness drills. Thanks to Wendy Trewin (Lucas - U9 and James - U11) for submitting an employee application on the Club’s behalf.

Trivia Night
The Club's trivia night was held on Saturday 26 June. Roslyn acted as compere and each table competed strongly. There are recollections of "The Maldives" and "The Skyhooks" amongst the responses and images of Lachy McLean sharing his infinite wisdom. The Sanders - Wood - Cochrane table was the eventual winner and will enjoy their prize at the Mentone Hotel. Thanks to those who supported the event.
