Bill Dyer is a Manawatu Men's Division Two Knockout Cup. The first round will have 10 teams playing in 5 games, meaning 5 teams progress to the next round. Two of these teams will be randomly drawn to play off for a qualifying spot in the top 8 for the quarter finals. This game will be played on Queen's Birthday Monday.
