It takes Mr. Busy just seconds to do something that would take us half an hour. He is always on the go, and expects others to keep up with him. Which, of course, they can't. ...

Slater Slays Dragons!

For those who missed it, Melbourne Storm's Billy Slater fronted the St George Dragons on Monday night and went whack, whack, whack! The dashing full-back that other teams try to push around probably won't cop as much attention in the future after he delivered multiple blows to opposition players during a brawl in the first half. Yep, he'll probably cop a couple of games suspension, but he has ensured two things;

1) No longer will he be looked upon as a soft target.

2) Melbourne Storm fans will be talking about the biffo for the next few weeks and attending Storm games in their droves for the rest of the season.

Billy The Kid has delivered.

The Yapper has spoken!

I didn't see Matty johns at all at the game but i did see "Reg" because there was plenty of BIFFO!

Best Game of League i have seen since the final against Parramatta last year. tough, physical, controlling footy from the storm boys.
It was interesting to see Crocker didn't throw one and either did blair but DJ and Billy were in there throwing some quality uppercuts that George Foreman would have been proud of.

"Bring back the biff"

Was a really crap game up until the fight and then it all got very interesting. Was very good to see Billy Slater getting involved into and was even more satisfying to see Soward getting sent off. Was a bit weird seeing Crocker in the middle of it and not throwing punches and that Brett White wasnt involved.

As Phil Gould said on Triple M's call, "it was a good old fashioned stink up"

Even better was Jeremy Smiths reaction to a late tackle after he scored the try.

I have to agree that the game was great to watch, Tough Uncompromising and also full of great football. I think that Billy took a couple of cheap shots at Nightingale but gave as good as he got.

I was shocked to see Ryles sent off for such small thing as kicking the opposition front rower in the ankle at a scrum, come on its League not bloody netball,

I think Badger could regret that decision when Finch sits down and looks at it

From where I was sitting you couldnt tell what he was sent off for and looking at the reply when I got home, it was a soft send off and at the very least Lima should have been sent off with him.

I would have to say the best bit was the cheer that Billy got as he ran from the ground smiling.

Anyone thought that maybe the Storm players were just trying to drip some of the Dragons' blood on their jerseys to turn their V's back to red instead of pink? Actually, the way they played - they probably should be wearing pink every week!!!

They were a pathetic colour. All for raising money for charities but that was a load of crap. They should have had netball skirts as well.

Or maybe their V should have been made up of $$ signs for Mark Gasnier.
