Started my football with Leitchville seniors in 1966, played in first premiership for the club in 30 years and was voted best on ground by Bill Deller and the taxi driver. In 1972 went to play with Echuca in the Bendigo League under Hawks Legend Graeme Arthur as coach, played against most of the Carlton premiership team at that time. Returned to Leitchville and played in two more premierships. Joined committee and was president in1991 when Leitchville beat a very strong Moama for the flag. Now do the broadcast of all Leitchville/ Gunbower games with Power Country FM. So been around the club a bloody long time now.
