About me: I run a Mental Conditioning/Peak Performance business called Dare2Dream. Dare2Dream specialises in Mental Conditioning training for Elite/Pro Athletes and also teenage development. I also provide Motivational Talks for sporting clubs and sporting tournaments and I write monthly articles on Mental Conditioning for Golf Australia. Face The Fear!!

My Mighty Cats enjoyed a fabulous victory last weekend to win the AFL Premiership. The Cats faced the fear of letting another Premiership go to make the history books with the biggest margin of victory ever in an AFL/VFL Grand Final. The week before I feel the Fear got the better of them with their sluggish performance against the Pies, but to their credit, they came away with the win.
