Hey there stanto, I have a question for what is a good way to improve my fitness and my attacking skill, i play in an over 30's comp at penrith and we have a guy that plays in our team called Rowdy and he makes most of us look very average. With my team we dont train but I would like to do it for myself and the fact to support rowdy as he is our main ball player.
