You might be interested in message I just posted on Samantha's Message Board. Must be Fit4Bowls programs had a part to play in energy level today. Our rink won 31-18, other 2 went down 1 and 2. Have to beat Merrylands next week in last round to make Finals. Possible as we beat Hunters Hill 3-2 today and they beat Merrylands 5-0 last week. A 4-1 win for us will be no good unless we win by 33+. All the best Fred

Focus on this weekend Kelsey just play really positive bowls and when you play bowls during the week before TV games on Saturday's don't let other results during the week be a distraction to you let the results take care of themselves.

Hey Kelsey i was watching you two weeks ago on TV you are playing in the Perth International for 2009 your first match was good just be a little more up with each bowl to the head but bar that everything else about your games looks just fine.

Good luck in the AO, and when you have time, log onto my site and have a look at what I have to say about the state of lawn bowls in the State of NSW. It's pretty controversial stuff designed to upset the "traditionalists" who cannot see the urgent need for change to reverse the downward spiral in bowler numbers, and the continual demise of bowling clubs all across the State.

hi lived in brisbane and played with almark edge went all right with them, moved to nz they mocked them but still done all right. moving to tasmania thinking of buying a set of dreamlines do you think they will suit the green speed there. Cheers danny
