Started working with New South Wales Touch Association in 1998 as the Development Officer for the Southern Suns. I worked with the Suns till 2002. Became Senior Development Officer and was moved to the Sydney Rebels also looking after the Technical section of NSWTA. In 2005 accepted the Operation Managers job looking after the tournament section of NSWTA.
