Round 10 vs Chicky Babes. 3-0 loss after being down 2-0 at half time. Again a solid effort and no shame losing to the top rank team who have been undefeated this year. Rona had a much better game and good performances by Holly, Natalia and Sarah who all tried hard.. No game next week as we have a bye but we will be playing a semi final the following week so stay tuned for more detail. regards PatrickRound 9 vs SIX OF THE BEST. Won 2-1 after losing 1-0 at half time. Very proud of the girls tonight. The other team only had 4 girls so we let Ellana and Tneal play on their team to make it even. It was a great game to watch and we scored two great second half goals to win the game. Sarah scored a left foot special and Jade scored from a free kick yet again. All the girls ran well with Paige, Silan and Holly having big games. Tneal had her best game but she was playing for the other team!! Still it was all in good spirit. One round to go next week.Round 8 vs Greenrocks. 2-0 win after leading 1-0 at halftime. Best effort so far this year. Both girls scored by Jade. One from a free kick and the other a cracking shot from near half way. Ellana was in goals in the second half and made a crucial one on one save when we were only 1-0 ahead. Great save Ellana!! We welcomed Paige back tonight after illness and she was full of energy. Player of the match was Jade who had a strong match in both attack and defence. Next weeks game vs SIX OF THE BEST .Round 7 washed out due to rain. We were due to play mix and match. We get 2 points for this round.
Round 6 loss to Quakers Hill Tigers 2-0 after being down 2-0 at half time. Our poorest display of the year. Again our shots on goal were non existent and again we scored an own goal. Thats four this year!! Girls we need to pick up our game if we are to make the semis? -
